H@CK M1RR0R provides a defacement archive, statistics and related tooling. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. No endorsement of attacks

This service documents defacements for research, historical and defensive security purposes only. It does not encourage, promote or endorse any kind of illegal activity, intrusion, or unauthorized access.

3. User accounts & teams

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, 2FA tokens and any associated API keys.
  • You remain responsible for all activity performed under your account or team membership.
  • The administrators reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts or teams that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Data sources & accuracy

  • Archive entries, IP analytics and rankings are provided “as is” without any guarantees regarding completeness or accuracy.
  • Information may be derived from automated submissions (Notify), third-party data or manual curation.
  • You should not rely on this data as a sole source for any legal, commercial or operational decision.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use this site to plan, coordinate or execute attacks.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or otherwise interfere with the operation of the service.
  • Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive or violates the rights of others.

6. Removal & dispute process

If you are an affected party (for example, a domain owner) and you believe an archive entry is inaccurate, outdated or should not be published, you can submit a request via the Contact page. Please include the domain, relevant URLs and any supporting evidence. The administrators will review your request in a reasonable time frame.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H@CK M1RR0R and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this service, including but not limited to loss of data, reputation or business.

8. Changes to the service & terms

The service may be updated, modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. These Terms may also be updated periodically. Where required by law, material changes will be announced via the News page or similar channels. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

The applicable law and jurisdiction may depend on the actual operator of the service instance. If you run your own instance of H@CK M1RR0R CMS V2, you are responsible for providing correct legal information for your deployment.
