3. How We Use Information

• Verify and publish Archive entries, operate OnHold workflow, and maintain Special Archive.
• Improve safety with WAF/Firewall and optional ClamAV scanning.
• Notify admins/team leaders via Slack/Telegram/Email for key events (if configured).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Limited data may be shared with service providers (e.g., CAPTCHA, messaging) strictly to operate features you use.

Archives and mirror snapshots are retained for historical purposes. OnHold entries that fail verification may be removed per admin-defined intervals.

We use role-based access controls, optional 2FA, and security modules. No system is 100% secure; use the Service responsibly.

• Enable 2FA for stronger protection.
